LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER
Megan Kenney, LMSW
I believe therapy is an essential part of overall well-being, much like exercise or maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My approach is warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental, grounded in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. I provide a safe space where you can process emotions, build insight, and work toward meaningful change.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and substance use concerns. I am especially passionate about helping individuals explore their relationship with alcohol—whether that means pursuing recovery or simply making more intentional choices to improve sleep, health, or relationships.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in corporate advertising and later transitioned into the addiction and recovery field after raising my two children. My personal and professional experiences—including being a single parent and raising a child with autism—inform my work with clients navigating parenting, neurodiversity, and the challenges of modern family life.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply looking for support, therapy can be a valuable place to start.
