THERAPIST | LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER
Carrie Pollack, LMSW
I am a dedicated therapist who prioritizes creating a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free environment. I want each client to feel they can speak openly and honestly about their experiences, feelings, and challenges.
I am passionate about helping my clients learn how to cope with anxiety and depression, improve communication skills, process past experiences, and navigate life’s many challenges. I use evidence-based practices, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, while tailoring my approach to each individual client.
Everyone deserves a space to grow, heal, and become the best version of themselves. I take pride in creating a therapeutic relationship that offers empathy, understanding, and kindness. Therapy can be intimidating, as it involves exploring vulnerable thoughts and feelings. I consider it an honor to be part of each client’s story and to be trusted with their most authentic self.
